SHIPPING POLICY
Every piece is made to order. Production take 1-3 days. Business days before your order ships.
once shipped, delivery is typically 9-14 business days within the us. you'll get tracking by email as soon as your order leaves the facility.
We ship to [us only / us and international]. international orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Shipping delays outside our control (carrier issues, weather, holidays) can occur. If your order hasn't moved in 10 business days, email info@shopposite.com and we'll track it down.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Every piece is printed to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Check the size guide before ordering - reach out if you're between sizes and we'll help.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email polaropposite@shopposite.com within 30 days with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you in full.
Wrong address entered at checkout is not covered. If a package is returned to undeliverable, we can reship at your cost.
